Nymo Technologies and Ecoprosus India Sign Deal for Smart Cities Solutions
Ecoprosus and Nymo have come up with a first-of-its-kind and energy efficient smart poles that are equipped with edge computing cameras
Ecoprosus India Pvt. Ltd, an intuitive technology-oriented company delivering efficiency and sustainability in smart cities domain, and Nymo Technologies, an artificial intelligence (AI) company, have entered into an agreement to offer AI and edge computing solutions for smart cities in India.
The two companies signed a US$ 20 million deal to provide next-gen video analytics platform that is powered by deep-learning algorithms, combined with energy efficient and new age technologies.

First-of-its-kind smart poles

Nymo Technologies is focused on offering scalable AI and video analytics solutions for a wide range of industries. The two companies have come up with a first-of-its-kind and energy efficient smart poles that are equipped with edge computing cameras and run by deep-learning algorithms for Smart City Infrastructure program, which is presently under the transformative rollout phase all over India.
These edge computing cameras will be equipped with intelligent computer vision, combined with bandwidth optimisation and video analytics functionality. In addition, these will come with a panic button and two-way intercom capabilities.
